Mr. Barrett will discuss how their remediation model — Triad Conceptual Site Model supports strategic planning, multiple work schedules, and real-time decision tools. He will also provide his experiences of where the Air Force was, now is, and where they are headed in working with Triad to close out remediation sites effectively and economically.

This discussion will provide an overview of a select number of business concepts and strategic approaches to effectively manage a corporation's major remedial liabilities. It will also provide insights into how to manage major contaminated sediment sites — many times a corporation's most significant liability — with the recent issuance of the National Policy for Sediment Remediation.

Denny and Alan joined the AHCGroup in early 2003, and this is the sixth set of his Emerging Issues workshop, now involving over 62 mulinationals from our 183 leader network. This workshop series derives directly from our client work, the twice a year larger workshop gatherings, and from direct inputs from members.

Henry will discuss the difficult challenge of introducing a new technology for environmental remediation, and will outline FMC's current business plan to launch activated persulfate oxidation for source treatment.
