Drawing on her significant government experience, Erin Crotty, AHC Group Senior Associate and President of The Crotty Group, LLC, will demonstrate through the use of real-world, practical examples how government, business, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can develop innovative, market-based approaches that ensure sustainable forests for the benefit of society and business. Crotty will examine the tools available to simultaneously achieve the land conservation and economic goals of the government, NGOs, and forest products industry. She will provide practical advice to corporate leaders on how working in partnership with the government and NGOs can create long-term value to your company, using examples from her own work on complex land conservation agreements in the Adirondacks and the New York City Watershed Agreement.
