Biography

David Frazier

David joined the AHC Group in February 2004. As the Senior Associate for Climate Change & Renewables, David is responsible for organizing the private workshops on this topic.

This latest workshop series from the AHC Group focuses on emerging energy issues and solutions to global issues of climate change, energy security, and efficiency. This program, now in its third generation, has involved over 60 Fortune 500 firms from the likes of Nike, Wal-mart, BP, Walt Disney, DTE, FirstEnergy, PG&E, SC Johnson, and Johnson & Johnson.

As the program manager, David successfully spearheaded a workshop in San Francisco titled "The Rising Role of Renewables in Corporate Strategy" in April 2007. This leading climate and energy workshop focuses on corporate best practices and innovation through technology, brand recognition, efficiency of supply and demand, green building, RECs, state and federal policy, and communication.

David began his career at AHC Group in the role of Executive Assistant to the Founder and Manager of Corporate Affiliate Accounts. During this time, the AHC Corporate Affiliates program of Fortune 500 firms grew from 30 member firms to over 40 ongoing members. In November 2004 David was promoted to Director of Client Relations and Policy Initiatives, in which role he took on responsibility for organizing the key speakers and topics for the AHC twice-annual benchmarking workshops.

David also served as the general office manager, aligning AHC internal initiatives and projects among the Group's Senior Associate staff across the U.S. and in Europe. As office manager, David was in charge of all corporate client billing and expense reporting. In 2005, for AHC Group's 21st anniversary, David undertook the design, management, implementation, and upgrade of the firm's website. In September 2005, David and AHC Group Senior Associate Mark Coleman organized the First Annual BBL/GM Remediation Benchmarking workshops.

Mr. Frazier has also acted during this time as the Assistant Editor of the AHC Group's executive monograph series, Corporate Strategy Today (CST), which reports on trends in energy, environment, governance, and materials, integrating the pragmatics of business today with the view of a better world tomorrow. Mr. Frazier graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science Policy, Social & Cultural Perspectives. He also carried a high concentration of studies in Education and Psychology. Prior to attending Skidmore, he studied at Adirondack Community College. David graduated Magna and Summa Cum laude with Associate's degrees in Liberal Arts and Business Administration & Marketing respectively.

During the summer sessions, he worked in a number of environmental stewardship programs, including the Appalachian Mountain Club Hut Croo, as an environmental facilitator and educator in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, promoting sustainable impact and living. In 1999 and 2001, David worked and attended the Walt Disney World college program as part of a leadership training internship. At Skidmore College, he conducted his senior capstone research on the "Effects of Turbidity on Adult Bluegill Sunfish." Other areas of study at Skidmore College included Environmental Law, History, and International Affairs.
