Dayton Power and Light
From 2003 to the present, the AHC Group has worked for the president of power production at a large midwest utility in an intensive assignment involving succession planning, selecting winning deputies, human capital development, and EHS strategy and direction. This assignment also involves benchmarking the president with the profit and loss heads of six major energy companies from our Corporate Affiliates program and outside, including Marathon Ashland, ConocoPhillips, and other utilities, as well as some key service providers.
